Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Our ramen came out hot and it looked right. But my ramen was just ok, the fried breaded pork that went with it was overcooked and dry... My mom's ramen was bland... the pork was not fresh. Service was nice and attentive. I went around 4pm.

I stopped into Kobe Ramen in Latham for lunch and ordered the wonton soup and a fruit tea. The soup was delicious β the broth was very flavorful and the wontons were cooked to perfection, soft and tender without falling apart. The fruit tea was a nice, refreshing sweet drink to go with it. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great and cozy for a mid-day break. Iβd definitely come back here when I want something warm and comforting.

Kobe Hibachi definitely knows how to impress! I came for hibachi, but the real star of the show ended up being their poke bowl. Fresh, vibrant, and absolutely loaded with toppings, it felt like a treasure chest of deliciousness. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the portion size was surprisingly huge, especially for such a reasonable price. Itβs the kind of bowl that makes you feel like youβre winning at life. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere had that lively hibachi energy that makes dining out feel fun again. If youβre craving something fresh, filling, and full of personality, treat yourself to the poke bowl here. Kobe Hibachi just earned itself a new regular! π£π₯

The best authentic Ramen I ever had in my life! Bubba Tea is great. If you like spicy food, you're in for a hot surprise. The cook is very friendly & accommodating. Would highly recommend. 5/5.

I tried the new menu Ramen and bubble tea yesterday. The ramen is probably the best in the area. Will be my go-to ramen place from now on. The owner said he made the broth in-house from scratch. You can really taste the difference from those artificial broths.
